Who knows? Biden wasn't exactly the smartest tool in the shed. But if Biden couldn't release the files, Trump should have.

Well Trump promised to release the files. So he should. If he's innocent and the democrats are the ONLY ones who are guilty, Trump should be releasing the files.

If you were planning to use the deep state theory to tell me someone is else is behind the scenes, don't use that logic. The man in charge of the government right now is the same man who is president.

However, his Dept of Justice did release the Epstein Flight Log List on January 4, 2024

We already know the answer, it's because they were still part of an ongoing investigation, and releasing material like that during an investigation is either inappropriate or prohibited

So if the investigation is over why are bill and Hillary still free?

Because they haven't been arrested or charged with anything. Ask trump

Because this isn't Russia or some other despotic nation where people are arrested because of some dictators whims. Yet.
