Just go into a women's bathroom, identify as a woman, and rape sum1

Someone who will rape a woman will just go try to do it, they won't pretend to identify as a woman to get into the bathroom. Do you think someone who robs a bank goes in and does 20 minutes of paperwork pretending to open a checking account before robbing the place?

And in places where transgender women are allowed to use the women's restroom, we don't see any big increase in sexual assaults in public restrooms. All the conservative fear mongering is lies and not based on reality.

Unless they're maybe in prison? For rape of all things? And get transferred to a female facility because they claim to identify as one, only to go on and rape women in said prison?

Not sure why anybody would opt forget that there's a reason why we have gender segregated prisons, bathrooms, sports, etc, in the first place... It's not because some people find it may suit their mood to add or subtract an "s" in front of "he" or not as it would apply to them.

I don't mean to sound cold or cruel towards people struggling with their personal identity issues,
But female bathrooms, sports, prisons... are all designed to suit certain gender-based physical characteristics and requirements - the same gender these people claim to identify with despite biological differences. It's ironic that those who identify as such and wish to use such facilities do not understand why they came about in the first place. They're quite literally missing their own point.
