Absolutely. The Islamists are only using socialism because it’s become so popular among the younger generations of democrats and even some of the independents. They’d ride the DSA coattails just long enough to obtain power. If they ever got enough of their fellow Islamists in positions of power they’d show their true Sharia-supporting selves. Just like what happened in Iran in 1979. They used the socialists and the moderate Muslims to obtain power and then murdered them after they did. Just like they’d do here in this country if they could.
