The league is making themselves look really weird with this "targeting" thing

It began way before 2011, just that it has gotten worse.

They're just trying to prevent helmet-to-helmet contact. I'm okay with ejecting the player who caused the helmet-to-helmet contact, I'm not okay with punishing all the other players who did not cause the helmet-to-helmet contact with a 15-yard penalty.
