BY MYSELF!!!!!!!!!
WITH NO MONEYS FOR VOICE ACTORS!!!!!!
I'm planning 10-minute episodes, so each one will probably have about 9 000 frames (is 15 FPS good enough for you?)

Did i say "15 FPS"? Well, I just realized that trying to divide 1 by 15 gives a really long string of decimal sixes.
So, I'm gonna upgrade to 16 FPS.
