The problem with the test (and even the creators acknowledged this when it was first made,maybe still do..)
Is that the test is inherently skewed to a left leaning position as it sometimes gives limited options that are not evenly spaced out across the spectrum
Eg/ options being hard left, left, centre left, centrist and far right -- centre right, right and libertarian often missing etc
The other issue is that alot of the questions are open to interpretation and very open ended, which can be a problem because both sides can agree on the problem BUT the unspecified solution that comes next isn't detailed,l; meaning both sides can check the same boxes and the survey counts it as a left leaning answer etc etc
In a nutshell, the flaws in the survey make people seem more left then they are which is why there's a disparity between your results and your actual alignment
