The Globalist is the psychopath, while the Communist is the Sociopath. The Sociopath would ofc also like global domination, but he's not smart enough - too emotional and spontaneous to form the strategy needed - he hardly spends time wondering what exactly to do when he's won.
To succeed even on the localized level, he needs to be useful for the globalist or other similar forces... like Islamists.
