Actually. My answer is not more programs. Just keep funding the major programs we ALREADY have, meaning SNAP, medicaid, medicare, and tanf. Only expand programs when tax revenue and population increase. Cap the top bracket at 39.6%. Stop raising taxes for everyone else. Make sure the rich can't get away with taxes by getting rid of deductions. Get RID of the welfare cliff.
