No. If you've ever read the Manual used by Exorcists (and Madcow won't read it on TV for you) you've learned that when a person accepts Christ they're given an invisible mark on the forehead (it's mentioned in Revelation) that keeps evil spirits (Sheddim) from trying to posess you. You also have the indwelling Ruagh ha Kodesh (holy spirit) inside preventing "demonic" possession.
Killer Clancy had a lifetime to do this. Most of us do. She chose not to leaving her vulnerable to possession.
I'm guessing there's a strong chance she WAS Posessed. Think about it. She committed a heinous crime that she did not benefit from. Why? She's obviously not insane. So why would she throttle her children to death?
Posessed people often do things that cause their own misery and sestruction.
Now I wonder how many of the Copycats who have done the same thing she did did so because they're unhinged and how many may also be posessed or harangued by Sheddim too. Revelation does say in the final days evil will be praised as good and good will be slandered as Evil.
We have seen that with this case.
