We are talking about the economy between those two.

FYI, 68% of Canadians are considered overweight and obese

That is obese AND overweight adding America's overweight population to the total, it gets to around 3 out of 4 adults

So not really much difference when talking about weight, but again, that isn’t what was being discussed.
