Dubai is the safest city on Earth because they have the fastest police cars on Earth. They have Porsches, Ferraris, Aston Martins, Lamborghinis and Bugattis. More recently, they started acquiring hoverbikes.

Did you wish your police department had a Ferrari or Porsche or Aston Martin or Lamborghini or Bugatti? Those cars would have given you an edge. My dad told me that David Letterman liked to zoom past cops at speeds of over 100 miles per hour in his Dodge Viper and the cops wouldn't even try to chase him because they knew they couldn't keep up with him.

None of the 3 Depts I worked at could afford cars like that, X. 😂 Up until, oh, 1985 or so, however, we had some pretty powerful squads. One night, while responding to a home invasion in progress, a neighboring PD clocked my unmarked on radar at 135.

You know what a lot of communities spend the most money on? Public schools, which account for as much as 70 percent of property taxes. Since private school students and homeschooled students often outperform public school students, I would like to see a city completely abolish their public school district. Then that city could spend more on law enforcement or other pressing issues if necessary, or it could dramatically lower property tax rates and encourage residents and businesses to move in.
