When has any removed alien ever been imprisoned for subsequent reentry? That law has been on the books since Bill Clinton signed the Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigrant Responsibility Act of 1996. Millions of aliens have been deported and re-apprehended. Do they go to prison for two years? Enforce the law!
