How is this fail possible unless you're blind?

Really? Mustard seeds are yellow looking but I guess once you add all the other stuff for mustard it would have a white color since the mustard seed yellow is not near as yellow as mustard is once it's packaged.

At least the ketchup nozzle is correctly aligned with the label.

Fun fact: mustard is also white; yellow food dye is added to make sure they're not mistaken for each other (not that it helped here.)
