The Kool aid cookies and easter egg froot loops are the unscrambled code which Kool aid Cookies (KAC) means "Kids are Children" and Easter Egg Froot Loops (EEFL) means (Every Entity Finds Love).  The 8 kids are children who have been taken by the Frito Bandito and the age of the next-neighbor's dog is the amount of prison time.  8 children times 20 years per count of kidnapping a child.  Case Closed
