She would be The Strongest character in my universe, in theory, if she actually knew how or what to do about her powers.
Her main ability just to manipulate dreams, in a way where she can bring things from dreams or nightmares , or force people into her dreams physically , giving people sleep paralysis , get people stuck in their worst nightmares, using others dreams to manipulate them , bringing the weird laws that acts when you're dreaming (like the, you can breathe underwater or you cannot move any longer as cheap examples) or straight up just SUMMONING YOUR SLEEP PARALYSIS DEMON THAT CAME FROM THE DEPTHS OF HELL TO END YOU AND THE ENTIRE WORLD!.
But nooo, she ain't doing that anytime soon, she instead helps others in grief by bringing their loved ones back to life , using their dreams, summoning armies of cats made of rainbows or whatever is going inside of her brain and doing cheap magic tricks to impress others.
In a very rare case of her using her full powers: one day a guy had nearly k*lled all her friends so, she came and just teleported him into her fever dreams (which is just a more colorful and cute version of a purgatory), he ended up becoming insane few hours later
Because of the fact she cannot really use her abilities properly, she has to use a weapon at all time.
she's a very unserious goober , not taking anything seriously at all (most of the time), to a point of just being annoying
