Sounds like you see a lot through the lens of race. Since before its founding as a nation, this country has always had a mix of ethnicities and cultures. It's part of what makes it a great place.

When MAGA wants to make America great "again", they seem to be referring back to a whitewashed, rewritten history.

But on a more serious note, betting on which undocumented immigrant gets picked up is not the point. Enforcement is heavily slanted towards catching certain ethnicities. I read a study (okay, some years ago now) that pointed out that a huge number of Western Europeans were overstaying visas to continue on as au pairs, et cetera. ICE isn't going after them . . .
