The anime is Oshi-No-Ko. (I've seen it, it's my all time favorite.) To summarize it, the boy is a doctor who reincarnated into the son of an idol, the daughter is the patient of the doctor who also reincarnated into the daughter of the idol. Neither one of them know the other is someone from their past life til season 3.
