The world would have no reason to obey immaterial laws of physics and logic if God did not exist.

Actually there would be a reason for it to, that being matter being torn apart within fractions of nanoseconds, meaning that anything that does not follow the basic laws is less likely to be able to exist, but despite that, I do not know if there's a god or not, I will only find out when I die, but not all possible gods are present in the afterlife, some only create, and there are some possible gods that dont create, but are present in the afterlife

What would make matter follow laws?

The fact that things that don't are less stable and thus fall apart easier

Why don't things just fall apart?
Why does matter even exist?

We don't know if physics works as well far beyond what we can observe

There's a very high chance physics starts to fall apart once we reach the edges of the unobservable part

Because if physics did nothing we wouldn't exist

In fact its very likely that if there are many universes, or, infinite of them, theres a good chance that a lot of them have completely nothing because physics doesnt exist

The reason we aren't in those universes is because you can't experience something if you don't exist

Why does physics continue to do stuff in distant regions of this universe?

It's simple, physics is lazy, it does the most energy efficient thing possible

Now, I want you to do this quick experiment

Hold your hand in the air for a few seconds, dont support it, just move your forearm up so your hand is in the air

Now, let your hand fall and then rest, which one is easier?

Well, if you found letting it rest easier, then the universe would agree, because spending less energy is the easier option

Like how it's easier to put out a candle than it is to light it

Or how its easier to spill water on a carpet than to clean it up

Why does physics do anything?

Because following the basic laws of physics is what's holding it together

Think of the universe as a cloth, ok?
Now, in this instance, say, objects that follow the laws of physics are smooth, and ones that don't are sharp

The one that follows is a marble, it sits on top

The one that doesnt would be like a knife, basically stabs through it and falls, sabotaging itself
