I already checked with Wubboc on this. I tried reaching out to the other owners, but nobody except Void got back. Wubboc and Void approved, and that's good enough for me.
Put simply, the stream rules are a mess. In a Google doc, not including the jokes, it was 7.5 pages in 21 different rules. I edited it to be 4 pages in six different rules/sections. All the rules are still there, they did not change in meaning. All I did was clean up redundant info, simplify some wording, and grouped up the rules for easier reading and locating. My last act as owner is applying the changes. Again, nothing changed in meaning, is just better now.
