I have a hard time thinking of any gun law that is not unconstitutional. The colonists chose the word arms, any implement of war. They didn’t say muskets. They didn’t say sabers. They didn’t say pistols. They did not say bayonets. In fact, the colonist possessed cannons.
Firearms used to hang over the fireplace
or in the back window of a pick up truck, loaded and ready for use. They weren’t stored in a safe.
Arizona, being the Wild West it is, has always had open carry.
