Nope, but a majority of all immigrants are legal, for example my move to the Netherlands from Australia (TWICE!) and while I agree illegals should be deported, they retain human rights and ICE abuse them.
Also many of ICE's victims are legal. Do your research.

No it's literally not, everyone I know has AC, from my colleagues to my local supermarket employee.

When I lived in Germany I had AC, and anyway, as I said just buy a fan!
