I can understand her being in The Simpsons, since she was at the height of her popularity in the 1990's, but when was she in The Fairly OddParents?

In the episode call blondas do have more fun in 2004 until in later seasons Tara Strong ended up voicing blonda instead. Most people forgot Julia Louis Dreyfus was in the fairly odd parents but my guess is she was uncredited.
