. . .along with the natural born enemies within. . .and the Constitution states that is an issue for the president. . .and the Constitution doesn't say how a president has to deal with them only that they have to be dealt with.
For example if I were president between 2016-2020, you can bet there'd be no 2nd or 3rd impeachment attempt on me because those who tried it the first time would be Mussolini'd and their corpses hanging at the entrance of the House/Senate as a warning to never attempt to usurp a sitting president without due cause or actual evidence.
And a lot of mayors, governors, etc would be rotting in some federal max hole somewhere.
