Unfortunately gypsies and other unsavory people get their $ on a daily basis and don't care about the understandable reparations situation. Those gypsies just take what they want/need to get by off the tax paying working class and bypass the whole reparations type of stuff. Yes, gypsies. They're not African slaves descendants but they have been in business for themselves forever. They don't go to school and they run businesses and scams and get their cars repossessed and still get theirs. In the movie the dearly departed Jack Nicholson played a gangster and said something that should let you know that nobody is handing out money in the USA except under the rules that the gypsies get theirs.
