I keep hearing that there's millionaires in Puerto Rico, but why are there so many desolate, abandoned ruins that aren't worth a F throughout the island. Can't the mob/construction outfits knockdown the b.s. places and bill the city mayors or the governor or the so called millionaires put in? Maybe put the mob/construction people on the payroll for a term contract with the government? So called millionaires...you can't take it with you. Invest it, donate it, whatever you want to call it; just fix the island 🏝️ already.
