Can you give me the specific Bible verse(s) that mention Santa Claus or Kris Kringle or Saint Nicholas?

so you're one of those people who like to nitpick on every single point, eh?

Where

that is an excellent question. some philosophers treat heaven as a place as physically real as a planet or a sector of the observable universe. others believe that it lies outside the four-dimensional reality that our minds can sense, a place of mind rather than of matter. at least one phliosopher has suggested that heaven has always been a people rather than a place. barring some future revelation on the possibility and nature of such 'heavens', we must each treat the question in a way that best satisfies our sense of propriety.

I meant in the bible-where is the naughty list

the naughty list is most clearly referenced in Exodus 20:2-17 and Deuteronomy 5:6-21, although there are other places where good advice is offered about ow not to end up on that list. the 'good list' (assuming you see Santa as the spirit of Christmas, a somewhat less denominational, more broadly appealing manifestation of the Holy Spirit) is most clearly referenced in the New Testament's John 3:16. If you don't have your Bible handy, George Carlin did a piece called the Two-minute Warning' that is still relevant today. Carlin's language is not entirely child-appropriate, so depending on one's age, the Santa Claus legend might be a more suitable introduction to the idea of 'good' behavior.

correct. you asked where is the naughty list. those verses give detailed advice on how to avoid the naughty list. i'm agnostic but see that advice as relevant to people of many faiths.

in John 3:16, Jesus tells us that step one to making the good list is to believe in him (metaphorically, the Holy Spirit).

ok.

anyway:
1) I mean Jesus as long as we're seeing him as a metaphor for the Holy Spirit/Spirit of Christmas
2) not killting people is one of the Ten Commandments, so I'd need to know that to establish whether you're Old-Testament-compliant.
3) I can't tell you that without some proof of age.
