Mine will sometimes shut down randomly if it's below 20%, but sometimes I risk it like this

i use an Ipad and bro that 1% lasts for at least 15 minutes, meanwhile when the battery is at like 10%, i blink and see it drop down to 2%

It's better for the battery life to charge at 20%.
