DC, (like many Democrat run cities in the US) had fallen victim to this phenomenon. Crime likes the dark and dirty, it runs from the light and the clean. Trump’s beautification (and National Guard presence) of our nation’s capital is sending out the signal to the darker elements of society that this area is off limits to your kind.
