Since I play Bedrock on Switch 2, I use keep inventory, which turns on cheats. If I turn on cheats I can use commands. If I can use commands sometimes I'm like, "okay, I'll just give myself a netherite ingot JUST this once." But then I do it again and again and then I just go from 1 to full stacks and go nuts.
