So here's the Problem because rn all 3 of their Passives is Dual Weild: The User can hold 2 items... however uh is this too op? Cuz Dual Choice Items, Dual Big Root, Dual Focus Sash And Dual Life Orb Along with Mixes like Choice Scarf and Choice Band, Life Orb and Leftovers, and the one i'm most scared about which is Null Berry and Resistant Band.

Null Berry Removes the users weaknesses and resistances and makes them immune to contact moves and Resistant Band turns Neutral into resistant but can break if hit by a contact move

Yeah, that's WAY too OP.

Problem is how do I fix it? (I want something to do with its hands and ability to grab stuff like items and hold more then one)

Maybe have it have Klutz as a side effect. (which would usually have held items (aside from Mega Stones) not work, but for this, when the Pokémon is given two items, a message would pop up saying "This Pokémon's Ability requires a held item to be rendered unusable. Please select an item.")
