I acknowledge he is a skilled motivator of individuals. But he lacks executive experience and his personal values are an unknown.

I think they are only unknown to people who don't know anything else about him besides the motivator speaker part. Honestly i was in the same vote until only about a month ago. He is involved in over 100 privately held businesses that generate billions in annual revenue, he does a senior leadership program and is passionate about getting people in leadership to care about the people and to creating a better world. He also seams to be political neutral. I think with his values, leadership skills and his mass network of VIP contacts, i think he could get a lot done.

CEOs and U.S. presidents consult with him, seams legit to me.

He’s not politically neutral. He is politically unknown.Entering the political arena, he would no longer be able to be politically unknown. That would potentially affect his businesses, which seems to be his passion. Think Bud Light. As an entrepreneur, he has created great success by having others implement his ideas. Politics is much more about negotiating deals with somebody who is not aligned with your position.
