Realizing your wishes and goals has been my meaning ever since someone asked me the first time. Making them happen and enjoy the process just as much, though that can be harder. Even when I was a Christian who prayed, Heaven or eternity wasn't on my mind ever, and that's the time I decided my meaning in a jiff.
Otherwise you can use scripture the way Satanists use theirs - without the supernatural element. I find much in the workings of nature (animals) compatible with Christianity and Satanism, though I'm not that either.
It's about finding beliefs that make everyday make sense whether it's a good or bad day. Like looking back at when you were last ill, and think "Hell, I was really ill ouch, but that past, just like next time I'm ill, which definitely will happen no matter what I do, cos life".
