part 2
Surge
category 4 tornado
Damage: 17-35 hp
Cooldown: 20s
The killer bolts forward in an attempt, with lightning, to pursue the survivor of the attack. Following a wind up of a second and the ability to turn during the surge with the camera, WASD keys, or your touchpad (preferably use the camera turn and the movement together for best turning), this will last about 3.5-4 seconds, ending prematurely on impact with a survivor or wall. You cannot use sprint in this ability, but it WILL NOT drain any stamina from you. Missing this ability will inflict Slowness II for three seconds and Stunned for three seconds if he hits a wall. On impact with a survivor, the killer choke-holds the survivor via lightning and slams the survivor down on the ground, afflicting Shocked II on them for 1 minute and dealing 35 damage. If the survivor is slammed into a wall and/or an area that’ll deal a damaging effect (like poisoned or bleeding), hemorrhage I will be applied for 45 seconds. When the survivor gets up from ragdolling, they will receive Slowness II for 3 seconds and the killer will get Strength II for 4 seconds. if it’s on collision with another velocity (like 1337 charging or if you’re goofing around in a private server, noli’s void rush or g666’s demonic pursuit), both players will get damaged and the forcefield is weakened. Getting hit with a projectile (Like chance’s bullet or if you're goofing around c00lkidd’s corrupt nature) will cause the surge to slow a bit and lessen the damage, ending at a minimum of 17.

Cooldown: 25s, 5s wait before use when round starts
Taking a small amount of the energy to the eye, using this ability highlights EVERY survivor for 15 seconds. Survivors with shocked will be highlighted with a flashing white outline, while normal survivors will be highlighted with a yellow outline. When a shocked survivor’s outline pulses yellow, that signals that a survivor got damaged via a jolt surge. Upon being stunned, this ability ends prematurely.
