scratch got banned at my school

In my state next year, they are gonna ban all phones & media. If you have a phone, you get SUSPENDED, & all user generated sites like Scratch or Imgflip are gonna get banned for us. It sucks too because now multiple of my school's classes like video game creation which I take are gonna get shut down.
