Imagine if you will, a mayor of a major
U.S. city stating out loud that arresting
or putting BLACKS in prison for drugs,
robbery, assault, rape, or any other acts
of violence, including murder, is racism;
plain and simple! Imagine also, that he
believes prison is not the answer but
rather, freedom! All without any mention
