Now ypu mivht think it's a custom image like the text boxes in the undertale stream, or uplaoded templates like THIS.
But im talking about public images. Ones that came and were shown a while ago for people to use.
Now you COULD include the announcembt pages that are public
...for skme reason.
But they are never used by anyone except by their creators.
So the true rarest image in imgflip is and will never be known. since nobody uses it
