I try to make my overpowered character ideas like uniquely powered

Like how about a dude who can swap places with any living thing he sees and he had a microscope attached to his eye so he can look at microscopic beings and basically teleport anywhere, and uses it to fly? Nobody has come up with this concept except for me.
