Nope. I was a crime reporter for decades. There's more shootings in Chicago every week than there are in Ligan WV and Inez Ky in a year.

No. It's written by shills and activists. The Uniform Crime Reports from the FBI used to be a valid resource until Biden fudged it up.
In any given week you may have 25 or even 50 shootings in Chicago. Almost as many in Baltimore. Same for LA, DC, etc.
Logan never had 10 in a year. Inez even less.

Rural communities have less population. Less population means less crime. Some blue cities have more shootings each year than some red states.

Most of the gun deaths in big cities are either attributed to suicide or gang violence. Urban areas also vote blue. That's why they have Democrat mayors and councils. If you bothered to read the journal entry, you'd see that they mean by RATIO.
