I worked there several decades ago. I saw many like items. One box, marked everywhere with "fragile" and "stained glass", showed up bent at a 45° angle. UPS should've been pronounced as OOPS. Honestly, with the state of our roads and work force, we are fortunate to get our items delivered intact.
