Good for you! I wear a choker too (started when I still thought I was a femboy, so about a year ago). I have a lot of things to give me gender euphoria, like padded bras, nail polish, some makeup, a wolf cut that looks really cute on me, etc. I have a supportive family and supportive friends. But most of my dysphoria currently comes from my body itself and the fact that I can't currently do things girls can do. And my passability, I don't know if I pass. But I think all the things I have already help me by preventing me from going completely insane from overwhelming dysphoria. So, at least that.
