3 hours before ded

ill either:
1) Keep taking 3 hrs before bead until i die
2) take as many 3 hrs before bed until i die
3) take as many until i die exactly 3 hrs before bed

Well if you look the expired...almost 7 years ago soo
I think the dosage amount will do
