He threw a ton of weapons at Iran, and now he's stuck, not sure what to do.
There's a reason why we never attacked Iran before, other than having no reason to do so. Iran is larger in area and also population than both Iraq and Afghanistan combined, and the people are more unified and dedicated, even the ones that don't like the government there. Invading it was simply not a really good idea.
Meanwhile, we're now short on those weapons, and China and Russia are watching. Nearly everything Trump has been doing has been beneficial to Russia but even more so for China. China is about to become the dominant country in the world, and that's because of Trump.
