I can't believe someone that stupid could win a lawsuit.
That's why I don't think labeling video games "Exposure to media violence has been linked to aggressive behavior" will work. Those disclaimers will only make the games more atteactive to people, because a lot of people will do anything to avoid being weak pushovers. They'll buy the games hoping the games will turn them into mass murderers, and when they don't become mass murderers, they sue the game developers.
