I would say yes, although you could just put anything GD related in the post (i.e. a GD cube). That would make it technically legal, because one of the stream rules is that you can have something GD related in it, even if the caption isn't about the game. But I think your best chances of not having it disapproved, is put the face reveal as an addon to your next post here, or you could use the reveal as a template, then have the caption be something GD related like you did here. The face reveal shouldn't be a stand-alone post.
