The number of mis-statements that Biden has made versus Trump is negligible at this point. Trump has boasted that if he repeats a lie long enough, people will believe him. Biden never thought that putting bleach inside someone's body is worth investigating to cure Covid-19 like Trump said, and Biden might have been promising to up funding to cancer research in hopes that it would lead to longer life expectancy. No one's going to cure all or most cancers, but in the field, giving someone a better and longer life is a win.
