Alright so here's your block, 1 glow, and 3 alpha triggers
Put the glow on the block and put it in group x
Then go far back and place an alpha trigger targeting group x, make the fade and opacity both 0
Then put an alpha trigger inside the block you wanna glow, and raise it up a few notches. Make it a touch triggered trigger. Target group x. Set the fade to 0 and the opacity to however much you want it to show. This makes the glow appear
Copy and paste that trigger, keep it in the same spot, and set the fade to whatever you want, and make the opacity 0. This makes it disappear again
And if your platform is longer than 1 block you can use the scale option to stretch out the touch triggers horizontally
