1. I dont think the videos with millions of views are low effort at least on the parts of the editors
2. if views is the issue then it is more likely about the video concept and its title and thumbnail
the creator struggle:; other people getting millions of views on their low-effort videos on youtube:; me after editing a video really well for 3 hours straight and then posting it and it only gets 3 views:
