A few headcanons I made about Pest Sprout while we're at it:
- He can only use his shapeshifting powers in the Dream Realm
- He likes to get into mischief as a coping mechanism for being abused by Eternal Slumber
- He wishes that Eternal wasn't abusive to him
- He was given the wooden shield by Eternal, who wanted him to steal Quest Sprout's sword
- He REALLY likes snacks, especially cookies
- He's a big troublemaker, but does apologize for his actions when he goes too far
- He's very ostracized by everyone else living in the Dream Realm
- He's seriously afraid of being punished by others*
- He's not very strong for a lesser demon shaped as a sprout, but is still capable of hurting people
- He'd be a bit nervous to be anywhere near Momma Sprout**
*After seeing Eternal straight up slice him, it'd be understandable that Pest Sprout wouldn't want to anger other people like Granny or the Dream Villagers, since he doesn't know how THEY punish bad people.
**With how Momma has been fighting Eternal and recently got kidnapped by him, I'd imagine Pest Sprout being scared that she would kill him because he's related to Eternal and for nearly killing Quest Sprout.
