Are you talking about public school teachers?
Private schools often deliver results just as good or better than public schools for less money. And homeschooled students often outperform both public school and private school students.
So I would like to see some community take a bold step and completely abolish its public school district, so that parents can send their kids to private schools or homeschool them without having to waste their taxpayer dollars on public schools. That community can use the money for other purposes and/or cut tax rates to encourage residents and businesses to move in.
