and, through the merits and mediation of Jesus Christ, obtain His pardon and forgiveness; humbly imploring his assistance to frustrate the cruel purposes of our unnatural enemies; and by inclining their hearts to justice and benevolence, prevent the further effusion of kindred blood..."; 250 years later... Following in our forefathers' footsteps, let us prepare our hearts for this historic day of prayer, repentance, re-dedication of America to God, and worship of the Most High God! Jeremiah 29:11-13
